Client Complaint Policy

JL Advisors Limited is a private limited company of which James Jackson and Pennie Crocker are the Corporate Directors and Shareholders. If you should ever need to make a claim against the firm, that claim may only be brought against JL Advisors Limited.

If you have a complaint against the firm, kindly discuss with James Jackson first and if you are unable to reach an agreement you are entitled to make a complaint against the firm to the legal ombudsman.
